FAQ

How do I apply for a loan?

To apply for a loan you usually need to have saved with us for 3 months. To become a saver with us, you can either come into one of our branches with 2 forms of ID (Passport/driving license and a gas/water/electricity bill) or you can take a look at the savings page to complete the application online.

How do I start saving?

It's a good idea to set up a regular payment into your account with us so that you can get some security from knowing that the money will be there when you need it. To do this, you will need to ask your bank to create a standing order to send money to us on a monthly basis. Contact us to find out more information about this.

Why do I have to save for three months before I apply for a loan?

We pride ourselves on only lending to those who are able to repay us. We don't want you to end up in a position where you cannot afford to live comfortably because of loan repayments to us. For this reason we feel that asking you to save for three months before applying for a loan is a good way to make sure you are committed to keeping your finances healthy.
